Nadza Durakovic is an Associate at Tideline and focuses on project research and client engagement support. Nadza joined Tideline in December 2015.
Prior to Tideline, Nadza worked at the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN) while finishing up her graduate degree, where she assisted the Membership team with gathering and analyzing impact investment trends and characteristics. She also worked on short term assignments with the Women’s World Banking private equity team and with Confluence Philanthropy’s climate finance initiative.
Nadza began her career in the public health space, where she worked for Partners In Health and Harvard Medical School on global multidrug-resistant tuberculosis research and policy initiatives. Her work spanned projects in Haiti, Peru, and Russia.
Nadza completed a BA from Wellesley College and an MPA from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University, where she focused on international development and advanced economic analysis. She is fluent in both Bosnian and German.
