Andrew Pemberton is an Associate at Tideline focused on project research and financial analysis. Andrew joined Tideline in October 2017.

Prior to joining Tideline, Andrew was a Senior Consultant in strategy and business transformation at IBM, advising clients in the healthcare and life sciences sector on market analysis, product feasibility, and go-to-market strategy. While at IBM, Andrew helped manage several large-scale organizational change programs under IBM’s North America and Global senior leadership teams. He also helped lead the design and launch of a corporate social responsibility initiative that connects consultants from IBM’s training center in Philadelphia with local schools to bring practical, after-school STEM education lessons to under-resourced students.

Previously, Andrew consulted for social enterprises in the affordable housing and education sectors and spent time at the Bank of Ireland in Dublin and COPRODELI Perú in Callao.

Andrew serves as Director of the New York alumni hub for GlobeMed, a nonprofit that partners undergraduate students with grassroots organizations to address health disparities around the world. He holds a BBA in Finance and Political Science and a Certificate in International Business from the University of Notre Dame. He is fluent in Spanish and proficient in French.
