Josh Zail

Senior Associate

Josh Zail is a Senior Associate at Tideline focused on project management and research, supporting clients with the development and implementation of impact management strategies. Josh joined Tideline in February 2020.

Prior to joining Tideline, Josh was an Investment Analyst Intern at Flat World Partners, where he performed research and analysis on impact investment funds, with a focus on sustainable agriculture. Previously, he worked as an Impact Analyst at Impact Investment Group, where he supported the design and implementation of the firm’s impact management systems, and co-authored its inaugural impact report.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Science Advanced – Global Challenges (Honors) from Monash University, with a major in Mathematics and minor in Physics.
