Aaron Arnoldy

Chief Operating Officer

​Aaron Arnoldy is the Chief Operating Officer of Tideline. Aaron joined Tideline at its inception, and through his time at the firm has managed a diverse range of client projects related to strategy, impact management, and fund design. His current focus is managing operations and finance for Tideline, as well as supporting the growth of the business.

Prior to Tideline, Aaron worked as a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank, where he developed the strategy for an online social innovation and funding platform. He has also worked as a consultant for the World Bank on economic development issues. Previously, Aaron worked to co-found an impact investing fund to support high-growth businesses in developing countries.

Earlier in his career, Aaron lived in the Dominican Republic for five years, where he developed and managed the programs of Fundación Tropicalia, a private foundation that carries out the shared value strategy for a $2 billion tourism investment. He also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Dominican Republic, and began his career as an AmeriCorps Team Leader working on community development projects in the southeastern US.

Aaron earned a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University, specializing in impact investing, management, and entrepreneurship, and earned a BS in Business Administration majoring in Finance and Banking at the University of Missouri.
