Somerset Gall is an Analyst at Tideline focusing on project research and client engagement support. Somerset joined Tideline in June 2022.
Prior to Tideline, Somerset pursued opportunities across the nonprofit, technology, and social entrepreneurship sectors, with an emphasis on social impact measurement and reporting as well as data-driven diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives. Notably, Somerset interned with Ashoka, an international social entrepreneurship organization, on both their United States and Global Impact & Evidence Teams. Somerset spearheaded a two-decade financial and organizational review of social entrepreneurs’ impact trajectories, supported the data collection and analysis of responses to a global survey of 800+ social entrepreneurs, and drafted a knowledge product identifying the key principles and best practices of collaboration for systems change. Somerset also interned with the People Operations Division at HubSpot, an inbound marketing software company, designing and implementing strategies to build and support a more diverse recruitment pipeline.
Somerset earned her B.A. with honors from Brown University, where she concentrated in English and received a Data Fluency Certificate.
