Elana Pollak is a people leader with 15 years of diverse experience spanning the corporate, startup, and social impact sectors. Elana leads the people, talent and HR functions for Tideline and BlueMark.

Before joining Tideline and BlueMark, Elana built and led the global people function for Educate!, an impact-driven startup that develops innovative education products in emerging markets. At Educate!, Elana helped drive growth from a 40-person team in one country to 200+ people across ten countries, with corresponding growth of more than 8x in revenue and 20x in annual impact. Prior to her work at Educate!, Elana started her career as a complex commercial litigation associate at an international law firm, where she represented clients such as Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc, THL Partners, and American Airlines in antitrust and bankruptcy-related matters.

Elana has her JD from Columbia Law School, an MSSW from Columbia University School of Social Work, and her BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she double-majored in philosophy and legal studies.
