Ngoc (“Jade”) Huynh is a Senior Impact Strategist specializing in impact strategy design, research, and thought leadership. Since joining the firm in 2023, Jade has advised large asset managers, foundations, pension funds, healthcare systems, non-governmental organizations, and family offices on the launch of new impact strategies and frameworks. She has led the conceptual development and production of several significant impact investing industry reports, including the “Child-Lens Investing Framework,” “Scaling Solutions: The Fixed Income Opportunity Hiding in Plain Sight,” and “Impact Investing: The State of Market Institutionalization.”
Jade started her career in the humanitarian aid sector, working as a Disaster Operations Specialist within the former U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). During her time at USAID, Jade oversaw a nearly one-billion-dollar portfolio of grants addressing the needs of conflict-affected persons in Syria, Jordan, Turkey, and Egypt – splitting her time between the U.S., Turkey, and Jordan. She specialized in protracted crises, strategy and portfolio design, and grants management.
Jade holds an MSc from the University of Oxford in Refugee in Forced Migration Studies, as well as a BA from the University of Pennsylvania in Modern Middle Eastern Studies.
